Over the years we have curated and built up a library of over a hundred useful nuggets of wisdom and perspective - often paired with personal "case studies" - that inform much of what we do and how we've learned to solve even really sticky issues. Many folks who've worked with us have taken to jotting these down and using up a lot of notebook space and sticky notes to capture them for future use. You will find these woven throughout our frameworks and concepts, but most have value in guiding solutions to specific problems on their own.
