ABOUT US
OUR MISSION
-
Pay it forward. Pass on what we’ve learned. Contribute to others’ future growth & success
The most rewarding moments of our careers have been those when we’ve guided talented managers & leaders to break through with a new way of looking at the world or leading their team. Making that happen for you and your leaders is our biggest reward. Our metric is “epiphanies per quarter.”
-
Be advocates for broader adoption of these methods of leadership and management
We’ve seen how much more productive and happy teams are when leaders can effectively lead. We don’t believe the skills or approaches we teach should be uncommon; that almost everyone can benefit when managers & leaders apply them across a wider range of companies, teams and organizations.
-
Provide the most valuable and practical short- and long-term guidance available
We’ve lived and heard coachees’ frustrations with “generic” management coaching systems, which often don't lead to lasting changes. We’ve forged trust-based relationships everywhere we’ve been. By adapting to each leader and their situation, we aim to elevate the standard.

When Scopely acquired GSN Games, he shepherded the team's integration into Scopely's Marketing org. He then spearheaded Scopely Marketing's realignment towards extremely tight collaboration with studios ("Strategic Marketing") which helped fuel the market-shattering launch of MonopolyGo! in 2023.
