Why we started Craftbridge
Throughout our combined 50+ years in the video games industry, we’ve made careers out of navigating through situations where initiating change and providing strong guidance are required. Through those experiences we’ve built and tested innovative ways of working through these challenges that can make a huge difference for leaders in today's fast-changing world of management.
AI technology and corporate economics are rapidly changing today’s work landscape, which leaves organizational leaders (at all levels) facing more change and have less runway to “level up” than ever before. We believe everyone benefits when their managers and leaders are savvy, well-equipped and making full use of their teams.
We formed Craftbridge Coaching to leverage our 50+ years of combined experience into a robust library of tools and guidance (“the Craft”) that we use to help leaders take practical steps forward to achieve new levels of high-performing leadership (“the Bridge”).
