Team building and dynamics
Getting to the right outcome starts with assembling the right people, and putting the effort into forging that group into a functional team. Is your team missing knowledge, or overly argumentative? Critical thinking & solution management
There’s identifying the problem correctly… and then there’s the process of solving it. Consideration of goals, divergent possibilities, strategies, critical path – all these come into play when converging on a solution. Does your team consider too few alternatives to find the right one? Are decisions made without all the needed knowledge? Do downstream implications become unpleasant surprises? Are solutions implemented without considering the best order of execution? Are wrong people assigned projects, creating confusion and delay?
